Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS or comparable carrier. Processing time of your order can vary from 3-5 days depending on product availability. Orders shipped by ground service average 4-10 business days from date of order to reach its destination. Orders shipped by priority service (Priority Shipping) average 5-9 business days from date of order to reach its destination. Additional charges may apply depending on weight of the product(s) shipped.
We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. DHL & FedEx typically will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders. If ordering internationally, any taxes, customs, or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt.
Billing Policy
We accept major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All online orders are processed through 128-bit SSL/TLS encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in US Dollars.
Refund/Return Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged via shipping. If your Sling is Damaged via shipment, it may be exchanged for a replacement sling. Documentation and photos of the damaged items and packaging will be required. Please contact us admin@ntslings.com or call our office at 918-2551-6425.
If the Sling is not properly maintained and becomes compromised / damaged by cuts, tears or dirt, DO NOT USE. And contact us about repairs or replacements. We may be able to repair it, but it would need to be sent back to us for proper inspection. We will provide an estimate of what it will cost to repair the Sling within no more than 3 days of receiving it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
